KAPSAM VE AMAÇ

Değişen ekonomik koşullar önümüzdeki yıllarda daha yeşil ve dijital bir geleceğe doğru bir geçişi göstermektedir. Bu geçiş döneminde bireylerin ve endüstrilerin yeni fırsatlar elde etmesi öngörülmekte, dolayısıyla yeni becerilere ihtiyaç duyulacağı düşünülmektedir. 

Ufuk Avrupa Programı Avrupa Yenilik Konseyi-EIC kapsamında düzenlenen Sosyal Yenilik Yarışması ile bireylerin, grupların ve kurum/kuruluşların değişen dünyaya adapte olması yeni beceri setlerini belirleyebilmeleri için sosyal yeniliklerin teşvik edilmesi ve ödüllendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Erken aşama fikirler, yenilikçi çözümler, eğitimi de içeren yeni beceri geliştirme yaklaşımları yarışmaya başvurabilecektir. 

Tema: “Yarının Becerileri-Yeşil ve Dijital bir Geleceği Oluşturmak”

UYGUNLUK & KATILIM KOŞULLARI         

Yarışmaya, kamu kurumları dışında, AB Üye Devletlerinde veya Ufuk Avrupa Programına dahil olan ülkeleri de kurulmuş olan gerçek kişiler, tüzel kişiler, gerçek kişiler veya tüzel kişilerden oluşan gruplar başvuru yapabilir.

Meydan Okuma için ödül kriterleri

Her yıl düzenlenen bu yarışma için aşağıdaki kriterleri en iyi şekilde karşılayan 3 katılımcı ödül kazanacaktır; 

• Yenilik Derecesi - herhangi bir yeni ürün, hizmet veya modelin daha önce ele alınmamış bir ihtiyacı etkin bir şekilde karşılaması. Fikir, sosyo-ekonomik ve coğrafi bağlamı içinde yenilikçi özellik göstermelidir;
• Etki - teklifin rekabet zorluğunun üstesinden gelme potansiyeli. Başvuru sahibi, önerilen çözümün, sorunun çözümüne nasıl katkıda bulunacağını göstermelidir;
• Sürdürülebilirlik - teklifin finansal ve çevresel sürdürülebilirliği
• Ölçeklenebilirlik ve tekrarlanabilirlik - fikrin bölgesel, ulusal, Avrupa veya küresel düzeyde ölçeklendirme ve çoğaltma potansiyeli.

Etki Ödülü için kriterler

Bu yıllık yarışma için, göre aşağıdaki kriterleri en iyi şekilde karşılayan 1 katılımcı ödül kazanacaktır; Başvuru sahibi tarafından geliştirilen göstergeler ile ulaşılacak değişimin ve etkinin ölçülmesi ;

• Seçilen göstergeler temel alınarak bir önceki yıldan daha etkili sonuçlara ulaşılması.

FİNANSMAN & KAYNAK TAHSİSİ

Toplam Bütçe: 200.000 avro

En iyi üç fikir 50.000 avro ile ödüllendirilecektir. 

Etki ödülü: 50 000 avro – En iyi etkiyi yaratan projeye verilecektir.

SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES

The European economy is changing. The coming years will see a shift towards a green and digital future. These twin transitions present individuals, businesses and industries with exciting opportunities. Understanding the skills that will be needed and how best to develop them will be key to unlocking these opportunities for individuals and organisations alike. 

This Competition aims to incentivise, support and reward social innovations that will help people and organisations to identify, develop and strengthen the skills they will need to adapt and thrive in a changing world. The Competition is looking for early stage ideas that tackle these needs in a range of different ways. From innovative solutions that identify skills needs and gaps to skills development approaches, including but not limited to training.

ELIGIBILITY & ADMISSIBILITY CRITERIA

The Competition is open to any legal entity (including natural persons) or group of legal entities, except public administrations, established in EU Member States or Associated countries to Horizon Europe.

Applications must be submitted in one of the official languages of the European Union, by the (lead) participant via the online entry form available at http://eusic.challenges.org 

Award criteria for the Challenge prizes 

For this yearly competition, 3 prizes will be awarded after closure of the contest to the applicants who, in the opinion of the jury, best address the following cumulative criteria:

• Degree of Innovation - the degree to which any new product, service or model addresses unmet needs more effectively. The idea must be new and innovative within its given socio-economic and geographical context; 
• Impact - the potential of the proposal to tackle the competition challenge. The applicant must demonstrate how the proposed solution will contribute to solving the challenge; 
• Sustainability- the financial and environmental sustainability of the proposal 
• Scalability and replicability - the idea's potential to scale and be replicated, be it at regional, national, European or global level. 

Award criteria for the Impact Prize 

For this yearly competition, one prize will be awarded after closure of the contest to the applicant who, in the opinion of the jury, best addresses the following cumulative criteria: 

• Quality and clarity of the theory of change and of the impact measurement methodology with relevant indicators developed by the applicant; 
• Demonstrated results over the previous year, on the basis of the chosen indicators

FUNDING & RESOURCE ALLOCATION

Three best ideas of finalists will be awarded each 50.000 euros.
